Many young women and single mothers in Bugesera face unemployment, limited education, and social stigma. Without skills or capital, they are trapped in cycles of dependence and hopelessness. Live Passion runs a sewing training program where women learn tailoring, business basics, and confidence. After completing the course, each woman receives a sewing machine to start her own income-generating activity. With $6,500, we can train 20 women and equip each with a quality machine and starter materials. This investment gives women the power to support their families, become independent, and contribute to their communities.
